Refund policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Paid plans are not on sale yet, so there is nothing to refund today. This is how it will work when they open.

The short version

  • If you are within 14 days of your first payment and the site is not for you, email us and you get your money back.
  • The monthly plan (£7.99, €7.99 or $8.99 a month) can be cancelled at any time. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
  • Lifetime (£99, €99 or $119, paid once) is covered by the same 14 days.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Payments will be taken by Link, a service of Stripe (called Onelink in the UK), which is the seller of record for the payment. You can also ask Link about a payment through its own support, and Link may refund a payment itself within 60 days, for example to settle a problem with your bank. Either way, the refund comes back to you in full, tax included.

A refunded Lifetime purchase returns the account to the free plan. When a month is refunded, the subscription is cancelled at the same time, so Pro ends then. Your progress is kept either way.

Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. When you open paid content inside those 14 days you are asking for it to be supplied straight away, and the legal right to cancel ends once supply has begun. If you buy and do not open any paid content, that right is unaffected.

Our own policy above goes further than the law: we refund a first payment within 14 days even if you have used the paid content. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person.

Cancelling the monthly plan

Cancel from Manage billing on your account page, or from your Link account, at any time, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part of a month.

Lifetime

Lifetime is one payment for access to this site for as long as we run it. If we ever had to close the site, we would give notice, and where a Lifetime purchase was recent we would refund a fair share of it.

If something is wrong

None of this affects your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described. If a feature that was a large part of what you paid for is withdrawn, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of your period.

Prices include VAT or sales tax, and are in pounds in the UK, euros in the euro area and US dollars everywhere else. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in, so if your bank converted the payment the amount that arrives can differ slightly.

The full terms are in the Terms of Service, section 6.
